Policies, Procedures and Expectations for your upcoming photo session with J.Fox Creative Co.

You can expect some walking or brisk hiking for your session. We will be outside for your family photos! Bug Spray, and Proper footwear are a must! There will be sand, dust, bugs, sun, or even rain. Please plan accordingly. I try to do everything in my power to run a smooth session. Some things are out of my control. Like the weather.  

I carry bug spray incase you forget. Please have your family well rested before photos. Please prolong any alcoholic drinks the night before your session. Your session time will take place at sundown. Grab a snack for everyone and then get a bite to eat after photos! Or grab a bite to eat before you get dressed and head out to your session. You can expect an evening session time for your photos. This gets tricky with little ones. If you can even plan a later nap or earlier nap for your little one that would be great. Do what works best for your family. I can promise you the time of day we take photos does matter and is well worth the hassle.

If there is any disrespectful behavior by photo session client/s I reserve the right to stop the session and leave. I will still be requiring full session payment. I will not tolerate poor behavior. My time is valuable. As is yours. Let's use our time wisely.

I require a $100 Non-Refundable Retainer Fee to hold any photo session date in my calendar. The retainer fee does go toward any session total. 

A Session that is rescheduled without 24 hour notice will require a $45.00 rescheduling fee. 

Typical turnaround time for  completed photos is 2-3 weeks. At certain times you can expect up to a 4-6 week turnaround time on your photo galleries. 

Your photos will be delivered by email with a gallery link and password. Your photos will be available for up to 6 weeks through my website. After that your link will expire. Please make sure to save your photos when you receive your gallery. I do require an archival fee of $75.00 for photo retrieval after one year of time. 

Family pets are welcome at our session together. Please let me know if you plan to bring your pet so I plan accordingly. Don't forget your leashes and treats!
